Property Tax in Spain

We work for you

Non-Resident Income Tax

When a property is owned by a married couple or several people, each of them is an independent taxpayer, so they must file separate returns

If you have a property without renting in any area of Spain, you have to know that you are obliged to make the tax of non-residents every year.

Any long-term rental property must be declared to the Spanish tax.

The properties for tourist rent for days, weeks or weekends, advertised on web pages such as Airbnb, etc ... have to be authorized by the Spanish administration and declare income quarterly and annually.
